Alexander Gibbons is the founder and principal of The AG2 Group, LLC — a private real estate investment company built on firsthand industry knowledge, disciplined underwriting, and a long-term wealth philosophy forged at some of the highest levels of the real estate world.
Alexander's path into real estate began where few investors have started, in the field. He launched his career in 2023 as an intern for a top-tier real estate developer in Los Angeles, gaining hands-on exposure to the full development lifecycle: from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to construction management and asset disposition. That early foundation gave him an operator's perspective that purely financial investors rarely possess.
He went on to build his transactional expertise at a prestigious Beverly Hills luxury brokerage, where he represented high-net-worth clientele in some of Los Angeles and San Diego's most competitive and sought-after markets. Immersed in the world of premium real estate, Alexander developed a finely tuned sense for asset valuation, client relationships, and the art of the deal that continues to define his investment approach today.
Armed with on-the-ground market intelligence and a cross-market perspective, Alexander founded The AG2 Group to pursue a dual investment strategy: holding high-appreciation assets in supply-constrained California markets while generating consistent cash flow through a growing portfolio of residential properties across Missouri and Illinois. His current expansion targets of Michigan, Ohio, Mississippi, Indiana, and Tennessee, reflect a continued commitment to identifying underserved markets before the broader investment community arrives.
Amy Gibbons is a Managing Member of The AG2 Group, LLC who brings a rare combination of creative vision, meticulous organizational discipline, and an entrepreneurial drive forged across decades of work in the entertainment industry.
Amy built her career as a television producer, a role that demands the simultaneous management of budgets, timelines, talent, logistics, and creative output under relentless pressure. Those same skills translate directly and powerfully into real estate investment, where no two deals, properties, or markets are ever the same.
While she got her real estate salesperson's license in 2020 so she could get a better knowledge of the industry, it wasn't until 2025 with the well-documented downturn of the Hollywood industry that gave Amy the clarity and the courage to make a leap of faith into a new arena. Rather than wait for an industry in flux to stabilize, she channeled her drive into real estate, finding in it the same blend of strategy, creativity, and execution that defined her producing career.
At The AG2 Group, Amy oversees the organizational and operational dimensions of the portfolio ensuring that acquisitions are managed with the same structured discipline she applied to production, and that the company's presentation, communications, and partnerships reflect a standard of excellence consistent with the AG2 brand.
